- Kader NIANG appointed Chairman of RCC-C subcomittee, Kader replaces Gilbert TRILLON called to another position
- YUAN Ye commissioned to be the AFCEN correspondent in China to replace YE Weiling, and YANG Jun commissioned to be the mechanical correspondent in China to replace LIU Han
