The annual meeting of RCC-M Chinese Users Groups (CSUG) held in May in Xi’An in China with 40 attendees from design institutes such as CNNC, CGN, SPIC, manufacturers from SEC, Erzhong, Jiuli, Yingliu, DEC, and the nuclear safety regulator NNSA/NRC. The AFCEN expert delegates, Manuela Triay, Aurélien Di Rienzo, Stephane Chapuliot and Benoît Lefever participated remotely.
The RCC-M subcommittee representatives presented the current project on rewriting and restructuration of appendix ZG (“Fast Fracture risk evaluation at design stage”), as well as the benchmark progress related to the non-linear calculation and the environmental fatigue. 19 questions have been raised on Design and 27 questions on Construction, these questions led to 3 interpretation requests and 3 modification requests.
